All Body Fix Therapies practitioners agree to be on time and fully prepared to perform on site massage. In the event that the therapist runs late or overtime the client will still receive their full allotted time. However, for fairness to all schedules clients, should a client show up late, their time will be cut short to ensure the full time allotted to the following client. No shows will be charged the full charge of their allotted time at the time of their next visit.
